Thoughtfully planned, cleanly built bathrooms — from full remodels to shower and vanity upgrades.
A look at some of the bathrooms we’ve recently remodeled throughout Kitsap County.

A bathroom only feels right when the layout works. We start with how the room is actually used — where the door swings, who shares the vanity, how much storage disappears when the linen closet goes — and plan the space from there.
From that plan we work through the details together: tile and stone that suit the light in the room, fixtures and hardware in finishes that carry through the house, drawer and niche storage sized for what you keep, and lighting layered so the mirror is usable at 6am and calm at night.
Then we build it — framing, waterproofing, tile, and finish work handled by the same local crew from demolition to final walkthrough.

Primary baths, hall baths, and powder rooms taken back to the studs — new layout, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, and lighting finished as one project.
Tub-to-shower conversions, curbless and tiled walk-in showers, glass enclosures, benches and niches, built on properly waterproofed assemblies.
New vanities and counters, tile floors and wall surrounds, mirrors, lighting, and hardware — a full visual change without moving the plumbing.
Robert Lopez and Daniel Cook run every project personally — over 40 years of combined construction experience in Kitsap County.
We walk the space, talk through goals and budget, and take measurements.
Layout, materials, and a clear written estimate before anything is torn out.
Demolition through tile and finish work, with the site cleaned up daily.
We review every detail together and handle anything left on the list.
Most full bathroom remodels run three to five weeks on site once materials are selected and on hand. Vanity, tile, and fixture updates that keep the existing layout are often finished in one to two weeks.
It depends on the size of the room, whether plumbing moves, and the tile and fixtures you choose. We give a written estimate after walking the space so the number reflects your bathroom rather than an average.
Yes. When a project requires permitting, we coordinate the application and inspections with the county or city as part of the job.
Yes — tub-to-shower conversions are one of our most common bathroom projects, including curbless entries, tiled benches, niches, and glass enclosures.
No. Most homeowners stay in the house. We contain dust, protect flooring and walkways, and clean up the work area at the end of each day.
